1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the phswin platform (the "Service"), you ("User," "Player," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phswin ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Restriction

You may not access or use the Service from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phswin complies with all applicable laws in your location.

2.3 Account Registration

To use phswin, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Residential address within the Philippines

You agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted one (1) phswin account only. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If phswin detects or has reasonable grounds to believe that you are operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be immediately closed, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phswin is required by law to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before you can make a withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phswin account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify phswin customer support at [email protected] and change your password. phswin is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

phswin reserves the right to monitor account activity for security purposes, fraud prevention, compliance with these Terms, and adherence to applicable gaming regulations. We may review betting patterns, deposit and withdrawal behavior, IP addresses, and device information.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phswin accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Direct, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP (One Hundred Philippine Pesos).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Most deposits via e-wallet services (GCash, Maya) are credited to your phswin account instantly. Bank transfers may take 5 to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank. phswin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees that are beyond phswin's control.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC-compliant).
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method where feasible.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the bonus forfeited.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 PHP.

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet payments, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. phswin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

phswin is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable AML regulations in the Philippines. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before a withdrawal can be processed. phswin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All bets placed on phswin must be made in good faith and for entertainment purposes only. phswin employs certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds and results are determined by independent third-party data providers.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Casino game results are final once the round is completed. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of disputes, phswin's decision, based on available data and applicable rules, shall be final and binding.

5.3 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, phswin reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be deducted from your account balance.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Unless otherwise stated in specific game rules or promotional terms, there is no maximum limit on winnings from standard gameplay at phswin. However, progressive jackpot prizes and tournament winnings are subject to the specific rules of each game or event.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

phswin may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in the bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

phswin strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other players, using automated betting software to clear wagering requirements, or any other activity designed to exploit bonus offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds will be forfeited.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been met. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using phswin:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or falsified identity documents.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one phswin account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker, sports betting, or tournament play.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or play games.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the phswin platform or its games.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing phswin staff or other players through chat, email, or any communication channel.
• Money Laundering: Using phswin as a vehicle for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 phswin's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

phswin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification when requested.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not related to a breach, your remaining balance will be returned to you, minus any applicable fees or charges.

8.2 Self-Exclusion and Account Closure by User

You may request to close your phswin account at any time by contacting customer support. If you are experiencing gambling-related difficulties, you may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phswin platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of phswin or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the phswin platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

The phswin Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phswin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phswin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. phswin's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your phswin account at the time the claim arose.

10.3 Force Majeure

phswin is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, government restrictions, internet service failures, power outages, or natural disasters.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Resolution

If you have a complaint o r dispute with phswin, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. You may reach us by email at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.

11.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our compliance department. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer and a final decision communicated within 14 business days of receipt.

11.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of phswin shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

11.4 Regulatory Body

phswin operates within the online gaming environment regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaints have not been adequately addressed through phswin's internal process may seek guidance from PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

12. Changes to Terms

phswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
